• Technical & Server Information: Domain names configured on your hosting accounts, server hostnames, IP allocations, operating system selections, SSH public keys, and resource utilization metrics.
• Financial & Transactional Data: Invoicing histories, order references, payment method identifiers, and transaction records. Note: Clouds Panel never stores full credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs directly on our infrastructure. All payments are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• Support & Communications: Transcripts of live inquiries, technical support tickets, email correspondences, and recorded phone assistance for service quality assurance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected information solely for legitimate business, contractual, and technical operational purposes:

• Fulfilling orders, provisioning physical dedicated hardware, configuring KVM VPS instances, and issuing control panel login credentials.
